TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Dear sir,
first of all i would like to say thank you
for many books that you gave me.
sure it is broaden my knowledge very well
feels like i enter the new horizon about
the whole business and management world.
but, on the other hand sir,
it also brings me some big question about
certain people's mind set around us
and it might be including you, sir.
one big thing that i grab from this new perspective is
everything should be started with the question of why,
instead of how.
because to answer any 'how' questions is just as simple as
asking it itself.

so now, allow me to ask you one simple question;
why do we have to run this business?
do you think the market is ready?
and who will be our market?
do you think we have big enough market share, here?
if you can't find any answer today, maybe we have to
look for it in the days of the future.

ok, we're talking about the future now.
what do you expect for our business in the next...
let's say 5 years from now?

whatever your answer sir, hope it will be the best
answer for the 'why' question.
so just throw the spear, and let's run to chase it
like a dog.

here we start with the 'how' question.
we create mission to get
the spear back.
we create a rock solid team,
we make the field map, we choose the path,
and so on

doesn't this turn you on, sir?
will you be there, sir?

i think everything is quiet clear now
and we can't wait any longer as the
big dogs out there are sharpening
their shinyblade tooth, ready to crush
every lost bone
